For owner Katy, the dream of opening up a restaurant turned into reality when Dragon Express was founded in 2000. Her goal was to make food that made people happy and full. 

What started as a small and humble Chinese Restaurant has grown into what it is today, continuously serving customers in Huntersville-Charlotte areas with its tasty dishes and relaxing atmosphere.
