For owner Katy, the dream of opening up a restaurant turned into reality when Dragon Express was founded in 2000. Her goal was to make food that made people happy and full. 

What started as a small and humble Chinese Restaurant has grown into what it is today, completely transforming Huntersville with its tasty dishes and inviting atmosphere. We love our regulars and new customers. Please come and enjoy a meal at Dragon Express.
